How To Hire


To hire one of our costumes:

  • Payment has to be made when ordering costume(s) via a Bank Transfer (bank details provided over the phone or via email) or by Paym, using mobile number 07977 036180 – referencing your surname on either payment method
  • A fully refundable cash deposit of £50 (per adult’s mascot) and £15 (per child’s costume) will be required on collection. Your cash deposit will be refunded when returning the costume(s) on the condition that all items belonging to the costume(s) are returned and in the condition they were presented to you.
  • Costumes via the post (parcel2go, courier etc) refundable deposit will be £75 per adult’s mascot and £20 per child’s costume.
  • At your convenience, collect your costume(s) the morning of the event and please return them that evening.  Flexibility regarding times will be offered where possible  of course.
  • For those of you who live locally and who are busy planning your party, we can, on request, deliver and/or collect the costume(s) at a small charge.
  • With advance notice we can also provide you with performers to ‘fill the suits’ so that you can sit back, relax and enjoy your own party.  These fabulous entertainers from Boogie Pumps are CRB checked, insured and fully trained.
