Shelly running the Marathon – 26 April 2015 : £TBC

Shelly ran the London Marathon this year in memory of Georgia to raise funds for Georgia’s charity. Well done and thank you Shelly for all you raised!

From Shelley: “On the 26th April, I’m going to run the London marathon. With Hugo and Harriet in pre–school and reception at Bramley school there appeared to be some “spare time” in the calendar and I thought, why not give it another go. I last ran the marathon in 2008 or, BC (before children) as I like to refer to it! So here I am, deep in training and wondering why I didn’t decide to take up knitting with all that spare time! I’ve been lucky enough to choose the charity I would like to run for and I have chosen to run in memory of Georgia. Such a beautiful little girl, such an amazing cause and such a worthy charity. But even with Georgia’s help (she’s going to run with me on the back of my T-shirt), I still need your support to help me get round those endless miles. Please, help me to raise a fantastic amount for the Thomas Cook Children’s Critical Care Unit at Kings College Hospital.  For every £1 you sponsor me, my company ING will match it, so please dig deep and think of Georgia.”
